The Canadian group Thunderheist has shot the album cover and art for their highly anticipated album, to be released March, 2009.
The CZC came home from a fall antique show with a beautiful otter, a black squirrel, a green wing teal and a female common merganser.
A large timber wolf has joined the collection and we have hopes to acquire an artic wolf skin rug.

Today is an exciting day for the conservatory. We welcome two new ducks to the collection, a male and female Longtail, over eighty years old. We are also celebrating our article in Globe and Mail (PDF here), as well as the inaugural tour!
The CZC welcomes to the collection four new waterfowl. Drake and female Mallard and Wood Ducks in full mating plumage.
The arrival of the albino caribou has been the impetus for a new site design and new documentation of the collection. Look for more images in the coming weeks.

CZC is pleased to announce the acquisition of a rare treasure: An albino caribou will be added to the conservatory in mid April when it will be delivered from Montreal.
The Conservatory is presently in the process of restoring a female red fox in her winter coat. Restorations are underway on a damaged mount and images will be posted soon.
